Had online meetings with Hong Kong Asia headquarter to go though every detail and duties, make sure that every milestones were done successfully.  

I implemented the mannequins dressing, in-store visual merchandising, and supervised the backdrop installation.  

since it was a one day event, we installed the backdrop and changed the whole store visual display in one night and brought it back to the beginning look next day.

Thanks to the group gave me the chance to work with them, and all the helpers and vendors. We made the night work so smooth without any difficulty.
