You Can Be
HAND STAMPED PICTURE BOOK ZINE
In the summer of 2020, I was feeling especially unhelpful during our country's social unrest. To spread a bit of positivity, I made a hand-stamped zine called “You Can Be,” which I delivered to my local Little Free Library boxes, shared with the Duluth Public Library to include with children's books, and created an easily printable version so anyone could have a copy. I hope my words and pictures reminded even a few people that we are all capable of creating change in our lives, communities and the world at large.

The stamps themselves were carved out of Speedball Speedy-Cut Lino:
Laid out on a standard 8.5 x 11" page, it can be assembled with a single cut and a few folds – no glue or staples necessary!
