Specialist Practice project:
For this project I aim to create an animatic of my character Lillianna where the animation shows some of her childhood memories before she meets Nika which is a character that does not belong to me. Instead Nika belongs to my project partner Natalie Cherry who is making an animation of Nika's childhood memories before she meets Lillianna.

An animation test I created in Photoshop to explore the different tools in the "Motion" workspace and how that mode works in Photoshop.
Below is an image of a height chart I used from a user on DeviantArt called 'ParallaxAbomination'. I used the chart as a reference to compare my main character's adult height and her height from her childhood. In this animation this character will be showing her childhood memories from when she was 5 years of age. The light blue line indicates her full adult height at 5ft 3in and the light red line is her height at five years old old (3ft 3in).

I then changed her height and made her look younger to suit the animation idea I had in mind.
My storyboard which I created as planning for my project and this is a guide for what I'm aiming to create for my final product.
Below this paragraph are some screenshots of each scene I have made thus far during this project in order of when they first appear during my animatic. Scenes 1, 2, 4 and 5 are included but not Scene 3 as it is a transition that shows the last frame of Scene 2 and the first frame of Scene 4 within one image because it focuses on changing the opacity for both of the aforementioned frames.

Scene 4 where the main character is smiling because she and her mother (figure holding Lillianna's hand on her right) have arrived to one of the main character's favourite locations.
The most recent frame I have animated so far for my animation which is a frame during Scene 5.
The current progress I have made so far in my final product for this project. Unlike the previous project, "Creative Practice", I am on my way to completing my product and have included colour into all the frames I have created.
