I used some rough sketch to layout the general groundwork for the art

I drew a light sketch as well as add some details to solidify the art.

I then finalize the sketch process with some inking to clean up the artwork.

I do some initial coloring by adding some flat colors.

I drew flat backgrounds for the general overlay.

I then painted a bit of details for the background like lights and water light and shadow reflections.

I proceeded to add some light shadows.

I continued to add more shadows until I am good with it.

I added some lighting to the subject.

I added some minor details like textures to make the artwork more engaging.

I Finally did some post processing edits like color correction and grading to make it look great.
