Queen of the South: Season 4 Graphics Packaging

PROCESS
We created the graphics packaging for season 4 completely in-house on a very tight deadline. Our print designer Kevin created a few mesmerizing color schemes and layouts from footage of the cast for key art. I took the chosen color scheme and overlaid it on 3D assets from season 3's packaging, and animated the key art to create our new endpage.
It took a hefty amount of manipulating the settings in Particular, Wipe Pointalize, and Wipe Diffuse to have the transitions animate naturally with the shape and motion of the small purple flowers. Gravity and wind speed played a huge role in getting this right.
Adding the pop of purple to the edge of the text really helped tie this packaging together.
