This is footage from from an in progress version of a game that i am creating. The core loop behind it is the idea of transitioning between different creatures - originating from a parasite. Each creature (such as the frog, the beetle fish etc) has its own movement mechanics and specific actions that allow them to fulfil different roles to aid the player with the platforming navigation.
Below are some of the animations and rig i created for the frog character in the game. These are all cyclical as they have to transition between each other in unreal engine. This is the result of much tweaking between the animations and trying them out in the game engine.
