The project is the making of a limited edition swatchbook of a paper company from design to production. The swatchbook is a product of Mohawk Paper, serving the purpose of promoting and displaying Mohawkʼs new line of paper, Dim Sum®.
Dim Sum® is a special limited edition swatchbook that includes a series of four swatchbooks, being placed in a unique dim sum wood box. Each swatchbook represents different distinctive dishes that are served in dim sum cuisine such as Pan-fried Dumpling, BBQ Pork Bun, Chrysanthemum Tea, and Egg Tart.

The box is inspired from the bamboo steamer box or basket that dim sum is served in. The interior of the box is similar to that of the bamboo steamer including small thin wood stick stripes, which structure as slots for each swatchbook to fit in. The same wood sticks are also placed under each wood stripes to gently stabilize the swatchbooks.
Each swatchbook comes with colorful paper swatches in different finishing, production information, a quote about paper and design (edited from a famous cuisine quote), and a recipe of the dim sum dish; which can be perforated from the swatchbook. The papers are named after the ingredients to make the dim sum dish. The color choice is referenced from the dish and the ingredients.
