Space: Hotel guest room

Under the theme of 'Blending old and new', historical elements are incorporated into the modern guest room. While arched ceiling is one of the notable elements during Renaissance, two 'functional' arched-walls are used to divide the room into three regions: Study area, sleeping area and bathroom. The rectangular opening in the wall between study and sleeping area act as a desk; Right next to the desk, two rectangular ‘caves’ served as a mini-bar. When reaching the second arched wall, guest could enjoy a shower under the arch. In addition, vintage wall paper and brick tiles on bathroom's wall gave a quaint touch to the interior.
