The theme for this hand-drawn / enhanced digitally cover was "Outsiders".
"Outsiders" refers to the artists, the creative professionals, the outside-of-the-box thinkers, or that quirky brilliant student that draws in between classes. Creative individuals perceive and see the world differently, they see infinite possibilities where everything is incredible and colorful. Although beautiful, the society often underestimate the worth of art-making. This puts a dampen on young artists who just started in the art industry, they may feel drowned under the social or family pressures to switch careers.
Dear young artists: the world you can see, feel and imagine is beautiful, never give that up.
The following images are pictures taken during the hand-drawn process. Painted on a large Illustration board. Painted with with Winsor & Newton Watercolors for base, then added accents with acrylics and Prismacolor colored pencils & markers. Afterwards it was scanned and brought to photoshop to color enhancements and fixes from feedback.
