Visited Blyth Park in Bothell during the summer. There's a somewhat hidden trail (Tolt-Pipeline Trail) that leads way up Norway Hill. Switchbacks start about half way up, but there is also a very steep center path that takes you straight to the top. If you're having trouble finding the trail, keep walking further into the park away from the parking lot until you pass a metal fence, and it will be on your left.
