I chose to design books for John Green, simply because he is my all-time favorite contemporary author. His writing and wit always grab my attention, and I’ve read everything he has ever published. His four novels, although not linked in plot line, all deal with the emotions of sorrow and joy that someone goes through when their life is changed by another person. These books are often sold as a set, without any kind of unifying design elements. My designs are meant to provide unity within all of the novels.
