Cvernovka
Co-authoring and graphic design of a socio-historical publication about more than a century-old story of the Bratislava sewing factory. Filled with number of archival materials, professional texts and interviews with both former employees and new occupants, it also maps the significant social layer of the factory, where community of creative professionals has emerged in the last decade. Historic material sometimes coincides with the content, old photographs are mixed with original works by artists and designers from Cvernovka. The book was published mainly thanks to the community crowdfundig.
Visual identity is based on basic black & yellow scheme, reffering to urban signage and tapes. Thus it leaves the archival materials to bloom. Book contains several fold-out pages which enhance displayed works.
