I created promotional items for a cupcake store called The Sugar Cup. They consist of Halloween promotion, Christmas promotion, Birthday Treat promotion and Lunar Year promotion.

HALLOWEEN PROMOTION

The idea was creating a Halloween festivity through the use of illustration of Halloween theme which are a spooky mansion and crafted pumpkins. I also applied purple and dark purple as main colors and spooky font theme to amplify the Halloween festivity .

CHRISTMAS PROMOTION

The idea was creating a Christmas festivity through the use of illustration of Christmas theme which are a Christmas tree, a snowflake, a candy stick, and Christmas hanging balls. I also applied green and red purple as main colors to amplify the Christmas festivity.

BIRTHDAY TREAT PROMOTION

The idea was showcasing the gourmet cupcakes which will be a birthday treat to customers. So I decided to take photographs of the cupcakes on display. Because of the interior theme of the store is light & relaxing, I chose beige as the main color in the promotional items and the playful font to create a birthday feel.

LUNAR YEAR PROMOTION

The idea was creating a Lunar Year festivity through the use of illustration of Lunar Year theme which are Chinese Lanterns . I also applied red as the main color which symbolized prosperity and good luck according Chinese belief. I also used Chinese character to make it more obvious.
