I was recently tasked with painting a little train for commissioned work, and I enjoyed it, so I decided to keep going with it in this fun winter scene.

What is it about trains that goes so well with snowy winter scenes?

This was a fun exercise of rendering white on white, with a limited, cool palette; all the negative white space gave me some freedom to play with composition.
