Goddess Kali | Folktale week

Naranath Bhranthan ( Madman of Naranathu, a place in Kerala, India)
Naranath Bhranthan is a popular character in Malayalam folklore. Though he is called a Madman he was considered divine and wise who pretended to be mad. This folktale week I will be telling the story of him and his association with the deity or female Goddess Bhadrakaali and her retinue, as she goes out of the temple to dance in the graveyard. This is a scene from their first interaction.Goddess Kali is the quintessential embodiment of Shakti or power. She is fiercely bold, wild, and unapologetically herself since she doesn't even consider that there could be anything to apologize for!
