Steam Whistle delivery van that gets noticed!
The client was looking for a way for their delivery van to do double duty. The first task was to deliver their beer, the second was to advertise their product. They called on the team at Global Imaging to make it happen, and as usual, we delivered!
The first step in our wrap is printing the graphics onto 3M pressure sensitive adhesive vinyl. They are printed at 720 dpi, two to three times higher than a magazine!
Global uses full solvent inks, which means that these graphics will not fade in the sun for years and years to come.
Next the graphics are digitally cut and ready to be applied.
Next the installers painstakingly install the graphics. They will use many tools including felt pads, squeegies, and their most important tool, a blow torch. This will be used to warm the vinyl to get to to conform to the complex contours of today's modern vehicle designs.
After many hours of install work, the van is finished and ready to deliver it's first of many cases of beer! CHEERS!!
