Wrinkles were something which people used to get when they grew old, but nowadays young people are roaming around with wrinkles. The reason for young people getting wrinkles is due to their bad lifestyle. Not having proper food, eating junk food and sleeping less or too much are the main causes followed by spending a lot of time on laptops and smart phones. The following tips can help prevent wrinkles:

Food rich in protein:

Incorporate a diet that is rich in proteins. Proteins are known to improve the skin tone and hence it advised that you should include proteins such as seafood in your diet. Our body needs protein and when you eat foods rich in protein your body will be thankful for it. Also when your body is happy internally it will show in the face and skin. Your skin will glow when your whole body is happy and the occurrence of wrinkles will be very rare.

Do not squint:

Working for hours on end looking at a screen comes with a price and that price is squinting. Most of us have started squinting and this has become a habit. Over time the lines that develop due to the squinting become wrinkles. Ideally we should stop squinting altogether. Some of us have the habit of frowning regularly; this also can cause lines on the face and over time that can develop into wrinkles, so break that habit.

Face wash:

Most of us use face wash but we do not know how much harm it does, we do not know if it contains harmful chemicals which can harm the skin and cause wrinkles at an early age. Ideally we should only buy the best skin care products, products such as a mild face wash which will just clear the skin of dust and grime and help it to retain its glow. Some people over wash their faces too, this is a strict no-no, because over washing can also lead to wrinkles.

Sleep:

The importance of sleep can never be discounted. Getting a good 7-8 hours of sleep every day is essential for the physical and mental well-being of a person. And if you want to look young and full of life every day you should get a good night’s sleep. If you do not sleep for at least 7 hours every day your skin will start to look dull and over time you will develop wrinkles. If possible every person should sleep on their backs because if you sleep on one side for a long time you can develop lines and wrinkles.

Exercise:

Everyone knows the importance of exercise. A person should exercise at least 30 minutes every day and this will keep them in good stead physically as well as mentally. The happiness that you feel inside after exercising will show on your skin too. You will not have wrinkles and you will look younger than ever before. As you age you will get your share of wrinkles but you can slow the process down considerably through regular exercise.
