Debit Card Sales Promotions
It's not often you get these kids of results from a single promotion...unless that promotion is strategic, offer-driven and creatively powerful!
We used a compelling awards promotion to spike Samsung's phone sales. Each participant received their own personalized MasterCard debit card, which was loaded with money they earned for sales of specific Samsung products. This exciting promotion was launched by a boxed mailing with a Magic 8 Ball, which was sent to Distributors to get them to push the program through the salesforce. The tactic worked like magic, attracting an 85% response per kit mailed and a 33% lift in program redemptions.

 Custom Debit Cards
Since we were unable to send live debit cards in our solicitation, we used a replica of the actual MasterCard...a prelude to the real card that would be mailed upon participation. Cards were loaded with within 48 hrs of recorded sales and participants could check their balances anytime.
 "$100 GRAND" Promotion

After the debit card program ended, same product sales figures dropped considerably. Through our database marketing, we learned that the majority of debit cards awarded were used for gas and groceries - products that go unnoticed. So, to follow-up the Win a Fortune promotion, we kept the cash lure as a GRAND Prize and added gifts which were earned with points for sales of select merchandise. We learned that even though sales reps preferred cash - merchandise rewards had a more lasting effect after the program ended.
