This book's design was taken directly from its content. The book focuses on the idea of being still or at peace. 

Branching off of that thought, the cover is a mesmerizing, yet choppy, water scene. The colors are 2 muted blues and one dark blue. 

I had a lot of fun with the contents page, using the peaks of wave oceans to mark chapter numbers and names.
