For my Mental Awareness project I decided to use Juice Wrld who fatally lost his life via overdose. He was always the happy guy, but on the inside it was different, and he needed drugs in order to feel better. So, I chose a smiling picture of juice wrld.

I added a buring paper texture then put a layer clipping mask, and put a multiply filter in order to show the burning texture. I also cut out a whole on the rappers photo through the hole of the burning hole.

I put an inverse filter on the background of the juice photo to show the paper texture more. And then I added a a photo of my english homework which offers some important words within my notes. I also added a black brush with a low opacity around the edges of the paper to add more depth.

I added a crumpled paper texture onto top of my english homework then put a multiply filter to add texture to my homework.

I then highlighted important words like "depressive" "god" and "death" with a neon color in order to provide a highlighter effect.

I added a halo on juices head with a circle tool then added a gold outer glow. This was to provides a symbolic notation that he has died to users who do not know who Juice Wrld is.

For the background I added news articles that reveal the stories that were published after he died, and I added a crumpled paper texture on all of the articles.
