I started off by finding a picture of the beach at Hawaii, then I found a ripped page and put the beach photo behind it i found a surfer and placed him to look like he was surfing the wave which I ended up removing later on in my project 

Next I cut out pictures of flowers and placed them on the project. 

I added in a map of Hawaii and cut out part of it to create the illusion that the page was torn on top of it, then i added in a photo of a pineapple

Then I added in a palm tree, a hula dancer and then added in a new surer and put her at the top to surf the top of the torn paper, and a tiki statue. 

finally I created a stamp using the marquee tool and the define brush preset to create a shaka hand I did one pink and one blue stamp. 

This is the final product
