Details | Located in Ireland, the project consists of 2 entities tightly connected to the Irish hilly countryside's landscape. The garden is meant to be an efficient outdoor space requiring minimum care as possible, while still being present and colorful all year round. This evergreen curved surface allows the mineral surfaces surrounding the house to blend with the green grass of the meadow covering the rest of the garden in a smooth transition. Designed as a shelter in this green land, the summer pavilion is planned on being used mostly during the warm months to host bbq parties, friends, and family gatherings. It is also a protected space from the strong winds and rains thanks to its glazed facade, while still offering a 180° panorama experience to its users. Made of stones and wood, this pavilion tends to promote a traditional yet contemporary look and local constructive style.
