For a project in my Digital Media Design I class, we created our own movie posters. The guidelines of the project allowed us to either innovate upon an existing movie poster or create our own. I wanted to create an original work, so I created a movie poster which was a horror film on alien abductions. All of the image manipulation and effects were done in Photoshop, including the feathering of the transposed objects (to make them blend with the composition) and the use of custom brushes for the dust.
