Photo includes 6 new as well as 2 old ones that will be rebuilded with ENECON's CeramAlloy paste material.
After grit blasting.
After grit blasing, the covers were cleaned of any grease/oil and other contaminants using alcohol and acetone.
First coat of gray CeramAlloy CL+AC. Covers were left out in the sun for faster setting in order to accelarate the process.
Second coat (CeramAlloy CL+AC blue) was then applied.
All six new cooler covers were coated with two layers of ENECON's high performance, CeramAlloy CL+AC.
Job accomplished in one full working day.
