Painting Tucson
On an impromptu trip to Tucson, Arizona, Rabbit Rye and I were invited to paint a wall.
On a wonderful afternoon in Phoenix, Rabbit Rye and I found ourselves on another new adventure! We packed our car with some supplies and headed east to visit some fam in Tucson. Along the way, we contacted our fellow creative homie AKERS to see if we could find a place to paint. AKERS, Rabbit, and I linked up as soon as we got off the highway. We got our tools out, sat down for a sketch, and immediately got to work.
Rabbit and I cranked the car stereo with some Snoop Dogg, Handsomeboy Modeling School, and The Roots. We danced, we hydrated, we painted. As we worked, the building owner came out as well as some locals and gave us props for our pieces. It's a great thing to see so many smiling faces while we work!
Rabbit and I have a blast painting together and when we paint on walls, we always find ourselves pushing each other to higher levels of creation. From ladders to new techniques, we love what we do. Westward bound with smiles on our faces, we finished up and enjoied our time in the Tuc. Thank you Tucson for another opportunity and thank you AKERS for the space. Everyone else, we are coming to a city near you, so be ready!
