NEDBANK - Be The Difference

Nedbank wanted to start an internal movement based on their internal Employee Value Proposition: ‘
Be the difference that impacts our world’. As with any movement, it had to start with the people. So, to galvanise and inspire staff, we created a film for the launch activation that was aired simultaneously to over 30 000 staff across the country. The film documented a true story about a South African social media movement that that gained a massive following and stirred South Africa, and even the world, into action. The story was told in reverse – from the movement at its peak, back to where it started – proving that all movements that make a difference start with ONE person, and that each staff member could be that person.
