This is a lizard that was hiding from me.  I waited patiently - if you know me, you'd know that I am not patient. When it comes to nature, I am very patient.  I had this photo for years and thought "the little guy escaped my camera."  I took a second look recently and gave him or her the respect it deserved - It wasn't hiding, it was frozen in fear.  I was a predator.  Run, fight or freeze.
