1.) Burning Love, Elvis Presley,
The song Burning love is one of my favorite songs from Elvis Presley and one main reason that this song is a part of my history in life is because my great grandma was in love with his music and my family soon started to love his music because my great grandma would listen to it. Without my grandma  listening to his song i don't think Elvis would play a big role in my family. Every time i see him it reminds me of her, i never got to meet her but from what i hear so was the best.

2.) King of kings,Hillsong,
I'm a christian and to me this song represents my religion, and how we serve god in a way. I've been christian my entire life and it's something I'm proud of. God has done many things in my life and has always been there for me, I've heard this song so many times in my life that it plays like a soundtrack in my head. This is my religion and I wont change it for the world. It's who I am and I'm blessed for that.

3.) Star Spangled Banner, Francis Scott Key,
This song is as important to me because it's a National anthem of the U.S and it's a song that represents my country i live in. As much as I don't love where I live and soon want to move somewhere  better, I was born here and the U. S is where I call my homeland. The song Star Spangled Banner is a song I can hear anywhere, a baseball game, a school assembly , a concert, etc.  This is why I choose it.

4.) Howl's Moving castle- Merry- go - round, studio ghibli
Studio Ghibli is a company where they make Japanese cartoon based movies. I've been watching these movies ever since I was born, my first being kiki’s delivery service, my dad was the one who showed me and my brothers these movies and they have played a huge role in my life. I can still remember getting the tape out of my dad's old box and putting it in the vcr player to watch it, it wasn't the best quality, but i loved it, now we have some of their movies and my all time favorite is Howl’s moving castle. Studio Ghibli's movies were so calming and beautiful as well as music.
5.) Sailor Moon theme song , Nako Takeuchi
Since today, i have always watched anime, i love it with all my heart. Anime has taught me alot years of watching it. It taught me to be strong, brave, be nice and caring, seek adventure, and make a lot of friends if possible. I started watching anime when my dad introduced me to sailor moon when i was little, i played with action figures, then watched the show and soon read its manga. Soon after I watched more anime of different kinds. Without sailor moon, i don't think i would have started watching anime and love it as i do now.

6.) La Vaca , Mala Fel
I choose this song because it represents my mexican side of myself. Even though I'm not a full mexican because I have so many cultures in me, I choose this song because it represents a small main one. My parents call it a mix since I'm from many sources and not just one, and that's ok, I like being from many different cultures. I still listen to mexican music and eat mexican dishes but I just don't speak it. I'm learning this year, so that will be fun.
7.) BigMouth strikes Again, The Smiths
This is a song called BigMouth and its by the smiths, i choose this song because it kinda of describes me because it kinda talks about a girl who talks a lot and with me i can be talkative when it comes with my friends as well as i always try to at least to speak my mind and get my voice heard from others. I try to be a leader and one thing in order to be one is to have a voice so this song is kinda of importance towards me.
 8.) Under pressure, Queen
When it comes with me i've always tried my hardest to be the bestest person of myself i can be. From good grades to being a leader and strong, I sometimes get stressed when things don't go as planned and I get worried and sometimes I get under pressure just like the songs say. My mom and dad always claim me down, i don't get crazy when under pressure, i just get very sad and sometimes cry when i'm frustrated and this song describes that.
9.) In the mood, Gleen Miller
This is an old 1939 song by Gleen Miller, and this song reminds me of when i go over to my grandma's house and there’s always old music playing throughout the house. I still remember my grandma playing music through the house in the morning when I woke up from sleeping over at her house. Every time i go over she plays it on the tv, mostly in the morning or afternoon. Gover to her house is still a big part of my life and I still go till this day and she still plays old music, and it's always a joy.

10.) Starman, David Bowie
David Bowie’s song Starman is about a man who lives among the stars and wants to come meet us here down on earth to show us great things but he can't since he lives so far away and he thinks he'll blow our minds. This song touches me in a way that says there are a lot of good ideas and alot of stuff you like so don't be afraid so show others who you are and that's a problem i've always had, im scared people will judge me for what i like. So i feel that this song is saying that i'm up in space and i have so many things to say but i won't go down and show myself  to others
