Fly High Vineyard is located in the Applegate Valley region of Southern Oregon. Their story is unique in that their grapes grow alongside a private airstrip, used by co-founder David King in his plane building days. The winery is currently comprised of three family generations, and they try not to take the wine business so seriously. Wine should be fun, and it's just grape juice, after all.
Fly High recently decided to offer food pairing ideas to their customers. These cards will be set out on the table as take-aways when the staff pours on location. This is the first set of recipes, provided by Sunset, Food & Wine, and All You Magazines, with more editions to come.
