Client - Shubam (Clutch Purses)
Shubam is a fashion brand designed for women based in Malaysia offering clutch purses. Shubam means “auspicious” which is a positive association to the products. As a word that has a deep-rooted, traditional meaning, it plays an interesting contrast to the products offered by Shubam.

Shatia, the founder, approached us for a re-branding to expand their target market demographically, from catering to Indian ethnic groups to being more ethnically-neutral. The founder told us that their previous logo didn't have any meaning and was done for the sake of having a logo, years ago when the business launched.

The vision of Shubam is to become a regionally (Southeast Asia) and eventually,  internationally-recognized fashion brand that helps female exude in confidence by:
- offering top quality fashion products, along with impeccable customer service;
- ensuring originality in products offered, by following recent fashion trends, taking inspiration from personal choices and studying consumer preferences;
- ensuring versatile product ranges to fit females across different ages, personalities and ethnic groups.
The icon, divided into 3 segments, reflects the past, present, & future of Shubam. Being perfectly symmetrical when turned 180 degrees, it symbolizes consistency. Consistency in delivering the products and spreading positivity.
