Proposal/Executive Summary Design

Executive Summary Design - IGT

These layouts were designed as summary pieces to larger proposals. Their purpose is to communicate the content of a several hundred page document at a high level, acting as a highlight reel of the technical sections that make up a bulk of the proposal.

Content is developed by working closely with a lead writer and editor - refining the message while creating a design that can be easily understood by any stakeholder involved in the evaluation, whether a subject matter expert or laymen.

Some content has either been excluded or replaced with generic copy due to the presence of confidential information.

Proposal Design Process

A big part of the proposal design process is finding creative ways to reference the both the target jurisdiction and proposed offering in one unified design system. How can we tailor each proposal to our customers' needs without relying on boilerplate content and templatized design?

The cover design and overall style for the above Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) proposal to the Oregon Lottery was inspired by their commitment to dedicate Lottery proceeds to natural conservation and environmental causes across the state of Oregon. The design for the Connecticut Lottery below is an abstract reference to the modular nature of our Central System offering, with a color scheme derived from the royal blue, gold, and green seen on the state flag. Additionally, icons were chosen to represent key themes of both the state and our proposed solution: financial growth, security, connectivity, along with Connecticut's rolling green hills and historic coastline.
