#5 in the snowboard illustration.

Personally, I think I took a step up in terms of skill with this one. I remember thinking that this was one of the best pieces I've done creatively...maybe ever. And it's all because of the clouds. The intimidation I felt when I thought about doing the Stalefish illustration was multiplied a cool ten-fold when I looked at this original photo. I thought about scrapping the clouds altogether because I didn't know where to even start with them. 

But again, I'm glad I took the challenge. The end result was well worth it.
