“The Soul-Butterfly” Autumn/Winter 2021 collection is inspired by Burmese belief, “Win-laik-pya.” Win-laik-pya is a Burmese term meaning "soul-butterfly." It is believed that during a person's slumber, their soul-butterfly flies abroad, soaring through the universe, encountering other soul-butterflies. The butterfly must immediately return when the owner awakes.
