After an internal audit of it's workforce, Nest Wealth was looking to achieve gender parity by increasing the number of female-identifying employees to 50%

INSIGHTS
Upon investigation it was found that Nest Wealth's team was comprised of only 28% female-identified employees. Millennials and Gen Z employees consider salary and company culture among the top motivators for their careers. 

STRATEGY
With the goal of increasing our recruitment reach and not simply advertising jobs posting on the same traditional platforms that we had been using up to that point, I decided to naturally integrate our company's culture into our daily social media conversations. Collaborating with the Head of Culture and Office Manager, the ongoing content for this initiative would would include showcasing behind the scenes pictures, employee interviews and office event highlights. As a kickoff for this new campaign we launch 'Life At The Nest' a section on the Nest Wealth blog dedicated to showcasing our company's culture and recruitment initiatives. All of this launched on International Women's Day, the perfect opportunity to show to be transparent about our gender parity goals.
