RAINBIRD REMODEL
Rainbird is a forward thinking and passionate team working in the field of AI, the company ethos is based around people (not machines) they aim to establish themselves as industry leaders through a distinctly human approach to an extremely complex subject. Focus for the design is around the team (employees) and their continued feedback through regularly scheduled consultation. The refit will be non-structural but include hard landscaping of the spaces (i.e. partition walls) with a small budget. Three key features have been highlighted: Break Out Space (Team Meetings / Private Workspaces), Feature Wall (Industry History - AI Development / What & Why we are), Rainbird Garden (Client Welcome / Events Space / Team Social Space). The staff team have breakfast together on Friday mornings and regularly use the garden for socialising. Current provisions are for 22 staff but the company could grow to 30.
