Proposed in a location central to residential and office zones of the development, the concept for the Wellness & Farm Hub includes a working farm, community garden, event space and a wellness based retail center.

 

The proposed Mayfield Farm Park is centrally located between the Mayfield Park Community and the Imperial
town center. A north-south pedestrian promenade will be a celebration of food, flanked by culinary-related
live/work units and linking the town center to the center of the farm park. The farm park will act as both a
visual terminus and community destination at the end of the promenade.

A nearby school has 300 – 400 students and provides an excellent opportunity for engaging the youth in garden and nature related programming.
