The Final Video
The Process
Part 01: "The Introduction"
We introduce you to Ryan Murphy, the Brand Marketing Manager for Timberland PRO. Ryan tells us what he does for the company and how they decide to make videos for certain products and technologies.
Part 02: "The Brief”
We look at how any project begins, and how it shifts through the early stages. Goals, stakeholders opinions, and managing expectations are all important parts of creating a valuable brief.
Part 03: "The Concept”
Once we have an official brief, the creative work begins. We discuss the process of locking down how the 3D elements will expose the technologies inside the shoe, and how the model will appear.
Part 04: “Modeling and Clay Renders”
After the creative direction is chosen, we start modeling the shoe. Before we animate, it is imperative that the model is accurately representing how the shoe will appear in reality. This is easier said than done.
Part 05: “The Animatic”
Before we film and animate, we need to show Timberland PRO how all the pieces will fit together. Before we have filmed or animated anything, we first need to share an animatic. This can be a scary step for any client, as the project starts to take shape, but can look very shoddy.
Part 06: “The Results”
Once a project is finished and delivered, we often don’t hear about it for months. In the case of Aerocore, the video was released a year after it was completed. In this part we discuss the results of the video with Ryan, and also talk about the overall process.
Then we can move the rest of the gifs and still below that with a title of “More to See”
Then I will look for some BTS images and we can title that section “Behind the Scenes On Set” (If I can find any).
Thanks for watching
