The start of the Lakehouse Building, an empty warehouse that we demo'd a raised slab (photo above is the remnants of that slab) that was used as a loading dock at one point. There would be a mezzanine level created above this new lowered slab, which became the second floor of the building. The new ground floor slab we are creating above became the new home of Russo Music store.
